Your journey begins with a comprehensive intake visit. After any needed labs, a follow-up appointment reviews results and your personalized treatment plan. Ongoing virtual follow-ups support your progress.

Can you prescribe hormones or BHRT?

Yes. As a licensed Nurse Practitioner, Xenia can prescribe bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) and other medications when appropriate.

Do you order labs?

Yes. Both functional labs and conventional labs can be ordered, including hormone panels, thyroid testing, metabolic markers, micronutrients, inflammation labs, and GI testing.
